Refund policy

RETURN/REPLACEMENT POLICY:

If you have received a wrong, expired, damaged, or missing product, you can raise a return/replacement request within 3 days from the date of delivery. To initiate a return or replacement, please reach out using the contact details provided on our website or email us at entree@gmail.com.

Return/Replacement can only be initiated under the following conditions:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Expired product delivered
  • Damaged product delivered – physical damage, tampered product, or packaging
  • Incomplete order – missing products

Return/Replacement requests will not be accepted under the following conditions:

  • Opened, used, or altered products
  • Missing original packaging (mono cartons, labels, etc.)
  • The return/replacement request is generated, and the damaged/missing product is reported after 3 days from the date of delivery.
